About our Tampa Mediation Services

We offer comprehensive mediation services in Tampa that focus on resolving conflicts effectively. Our experienced team is dedicated to facilitating productive conversations to help you reach a satisfactory resolution.

 

Mediations can be conducted in-person at our offices on Harbour Island in downtown Tampa.  In addition we can conduct virtual mediations using common video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams and WebEx.  Hybrid mediations can also be accommodated when some parties wish to appear in person, while others are unable to travel due to cost, time restrictions or other issues.

Mediatior Qualifications

​

Dale is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Mediator (Circuit and County Courts)  and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In addition, Dale is a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.  He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and a Fellow of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
