Dale R. Sisco
Dale received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communication from the University of South Florida in 1981 and his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1985.
Dale has extensive jury trial experience, having been appointed an Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida upon graduation from law school. As a Senior Trial Attorney and Deputy Division Chief, Dale tried hundreds of cases during his seven years with the State Attorney's Office. In 1993, Dale joined Bavol Bush & Sisco, P.A., where he remained until October 2002, when he formed Sisco-Law to expand his mediation practice and continue litigating product liability; commercial; long-term care; medical malpractice; administrative/licensure actions; and criminal matters.
Dale has been continuously identified as a Florida Super Lawyer since 2008. He has been named Top Lawyer in Tampa Bay in the categories of mediation and product liability defense by Tampa Magazine. He is "AV" rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and has been inducted as a Senior Fellow by Litigation Counsel of America. Dale is a member of The Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Dale is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Mediator (Circuit and County Courts) and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In addition, Dale is certified as an Arbitrator by the Florida Supreme Court. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and a Fellow of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.

Peter A. Luccarelli, III
Peter received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Columbia University in 2007, and his Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2011.
Peter has practiced law in Florida, New York, and Connecticut since 2011, representing plaintiffs and defendants in premises liability, motor vehicle, nursing home, construction accident, product liability, property damage, and medical malpractice litigation matters. At Sisco-Law, Peter focuses on defending individuals and businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters, as well as assisting firms outside Florida as their local counsel in litigation matters here. Before joining Sisco-Law, Peter worked as a partner in the New York City litigation department of a major national defense firm, where he represented municipalities, major corporations and construction firms, and individual business and property owners. He represented those clients throughout all phases of their cases, beginning with pre-suit investigations within hours of accidents, through trial and appeal.
Peter is a member of the Florida, California, Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York Bars, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, and in the United States District Courts of the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, Connecticut, New Jersey, and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Peter was recognized as a Rising Star by New York Metro Super Lawyer in 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Cynthia Sonnemann
Born and raised in a suburb of Chicago, Cynthia attended Elmhurst University (formerly, Elmhurst College). She excelled as a triple major in Urban Studies, Political Science, and French graduating summa cum laude. Cynthia’s multiple majors cultivated her interest in the legal process of development and planning of communities and the promulgation of laws, local and federal.

Cynthia pursued her legal education and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly, The John Marshall Law School). During law school Cynthia was a judicial extern for United States Magistrate Judge, Morton Denlow and interned for Hunt, Kaiser, Bush, and Aranda. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2002. Cynthia moved to Florida and joined the Florida Bar in 2002.

Cynthia became a law clerk for the United States Magistrate Judge, Thomas G. Wilson after coming to Florida in 2002. Cynthia continued to work in the Federal Courts through 2008 and resumed her role with the Honorable Judge Wilson in 2015. As a clerk for the Honorable Judge Wilson, she was involved in all stages of legal work, including civil cases, criminal proceedings, and actions with governmental agencies.

Cynthia joined Sisco-Law in August 2023 as an Associate. She is a member of the Florida Bar and Hillsborough County Bar.
